Our partner develops the bottle design. You can review it in 3D and approve changes before production.

Physical prototype
Once the drawing is approved, a composite 3D-printed prototype is produced to evaluate the proportions.

Adaptation to the production line
The mould set engineering documentation is adapted and approved for the equipment of the selected glassworks.

Finished mould set
Our partner manufactures the tooling components according to the approved design. The next step is commissioning for production.

The tooling configuration can be tailored to the SLODES production base.
When glass packaging is supplied through SLODES, our partner’s specialists can assess the use of existing mould tooling and a phased introduction of the mould set. The solution and costs are calculated individually for each project.

Can I start with just a sketch?
Yes. A sketch or technical brief is enough to begin. The design is then refined to meet production requirements.
Will the prototype be made of glass?
During form approval, a full-scale composite prototype produced on a 3D printer is used.
Which glassworks is the tooling designed for?
The tooling is designed for the agreed production site and its equipment. We can work with a glassworks selected by you or with an option proposed by our specialists.
How can I get a price and lead time?
Tell us about the required shape, volume and planned quantity. Pricing, tooling configuration and lead time are calculated individually.
